Cancellation Policy Language:

Long Notice Periods:

• Cancellations 180+ days in advance: 75% refund of any deposit or fees paid (25% of total may be owed)

Medium Notice Periods:

• Cancellations 7-30 days in advance: 30% of the total may be owed

Short Notice Periods:

• Cancellations within 7 days: 35-50% of the total may be owed

Last Minute Cancellations:

• Cancellations within 48 hours: 100% of contract total may be owed

Short-Term Catering Reserve - Fees may apply for cancelation due to the timeframe, a [30-50 percent] fee of the total price. Additional costs incurred due to special orders, labor, or rentals may also be deducted from any refund. 

Long-Term Catering Reserve - To avoid fees clients may cancel with prior to or at  [180] days' written notice prior to the event date without penalty on events planned out a year or more prior to event date. Cancellations made after [180] days to the event date will result in a [25 percent] fee of the total price. Additional costs incurred due to special orders, labor, or rentals may also be deducted from any refund. In the event of force majeure, the caterer may cancel the contract with a full refund of all payments made." 

Force Majeure Clause:
In the event of force majeure, the caterer may cancel the contract with a full refund of all payments made." allows for cancellation without penalty in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the client(s) or caterer(s) control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic restrictions) 

Please note the fees associated with cancelations are due to but not limited to time spent in consultations, planning and in some cases already purchased product; food, decor etc.

Once details are discussed and confirmed a signed copy of this agreement between both parties will be sent to you via email.
